Hello, I’m Elise Daley, a registered Civil Celebrant based on Australia’s Central Coast.
With over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry across Australia, France, and England, I’ve had the privilege of working behind the scenes of weddings and events of every style, from intimate dinner parties to large-scale celebrations. That experience has shaped the way I work today: calm under pressure, deeply organised, and attentive to every detail that makes an occasion feel effortless and beautifully executed.
Alongside my work as a celebrant, I’m also a wine and cheese sommelier and horticulturist, which brings an added layer of creativity and sensory artistry to what I do. I’m able to support couples not only through the ceremony itself, but also through the finer elements of their day, whether that includes floristry, wine selection, or curated cheese experiences.
As your celebrant, I bring warmth, calm confidence, and meticulous attention to detail to the part of the day that matters most: the ceremony. My goal is to create something heartfelt and personal, a moment that feels truly you, and one you’ll remember forever.
